Leonardo Rossi Cloud Tools provides integrations that connect your Google account to our applications through the official Google APIs. Access to your Google data is granted explicitly by you via Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow and is limited to the scopes you approve.

3. Use of the Service

• You must be the owner of, or authorized to act on behalf of, the Google account you connect.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google's API terms.
• You may revoke the app's access at any time from your Google account settings.

4. Data Handling

The Service does not store your data in any database. Data accessed through the Google APIs is processed transiently to deliver the requested functionality and is not retained, sold, or shared with third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leonardo Rossi Cloud Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
